Joining in with 'This Moment'
{this moment} – Hopefully a new friday ritual for me (when I remember anyway).
Over on the Soule Mama blog she encourages readers to put up 'A single photo – no words – capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember'.
To see more photos or if you’re inspired to do the same, visit Soule Mama and leave a link to your ‘moment’ in the comments for all to see.

Thank you both. Would you believe this was the only moment of stormy weather in what had otherwise been a gorgeously balmy spring weekend (i'd even had my legs out)!

Beautiful picture!
ReplyDeleteThis is so moody. The ocean is a beautiful thing! (its an ocean right?) Here's our moment http://lacafetiere.blogspot.com/2011/05/this-moment.html
ReplyDeleteThis reminded me of a Hitchcock film still. Love the depth on the street lamp, love the sea birds. Very inspiring image.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments. Yes is is the ocean Amanda. I guess is is quite moody and forboding. At the time the wind was howling and I was getting kind of wet, but I had just had a huge amount of fun with my family. Looking at the photo now gives me a real sense of stillness and calm.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photograph! Makes you feel as though you are there:)

Hi Kt, thanks so much for your comment on my nesting dishes last week! I love this photo, what town were you in?? I'm in Australia now but grew up on the Isle of Man, so stormy coastal photos remind me of home! :)
